職位介紹

崗位職責：

1、對中美仿制藥和新藥開發路徑、流程和相關法規有深度的了解(Deep understanding on innovative and generic drug development approaches，process and related regulatory requirements from FDA and NMPA.)

2、熟悉工藝研發、生產工藝過程及原理、研發項目管理等。Well understanding of process R&D， scaling-up and manufacturing，R&D project management etc.

3、具有較強的領導力、溝通協調和執行能力，及復雜問題解決能力。（Strong leadership， communication and execution capacity，and skills for complex problem solving.）

4、團隊的組建和領導經驗。（Experience in new team building and leading.）

任職要求：

1、博士及以上學歷（Ph.D preferred or higher）；

2、有機化學或藥物合成相關專業（organic chemistry or Drug synthesis related）。

3、10年以上制藥、工藝R&D及新產品開發領域的工作經驗，包括中國公司和跨國公司工作經驗；（Over 10yrs working experience in pharmaceutical industry and process R&D, including experiences in global pharma companies.）

4、超過5年以上研發中心管理經驗（Over 5yrs experiences in R&D team management）。

5、英語聽說讀寫能力（Fluent English skills）。
