用 途：
殺菌除藻防腐：該產品是一種溶于水的聚季銨鹽化合物，具有廣譜殺菌性，在廣泛的酸堿度范圍內對多系列的微生物都有抑制、殺滅效果；
沉降：沉降鐵屑和玻璃粉末等效果顯著，保證切削液清潔的流動，提高循環利用率，延長使用壽命；破乳：其化學結構和陽離子特性能有效破壞懸浮顆粒和油滴界面，保證切削液更清潔、均一的流動。
特 點：適合pH寬（1-12），低泡沫，低毒，安全，環保。添 加 量：0.2-0.8%（相對濃縮液），不同配方添加量稍有差異。
注意事項：陽離子屬性，不能與陰離子體系；不能用于易溶解的油料中。

APPLICATION
Preservation of water-based synthetic metalworking fluids based on amines, borates, phosphates,
nitrates, etc, and also for the protection of those fluids based on soluble or emulsifying oils modified
with nonionic surfactants.
Coagulant(Settlement): The effect of settling iron filings and glass powder is remarkable, keeping the
cutting fluidrunning clean, improving the cycle utilization and prolonging its service life.
Demulsification: Its chemical structure and cationic properties can effectively destroy the interface of
suspended particles and oil droplets ensuring the cutting fluid run cleaner and evenly.
DIRECTION FOR USE
DOSAGE: 0.2-0.8% relative dosage based on concentrated cutting fluid, the dosage is slightly different
from various formulas.
CAUTION: Cannot be used with anionic systems;
Cannot be used in readily soluble oils
