LK20SS是LK20直接聚合成小粒度的品種，粒度分布在120～250目，在制備與制程規(guī)劃上，HP20SS這種寬孔聚合基體對(duì)于小的生化分子具有良好的動(dòng)力學(xué)和吸附容量。進(jìn)樣時(shí)LK20SS表現(xiàn)良好的平衡壓力與色譜分離，對(duì)多種小生化分子也提供在SMB方面的應(yīng)用。
LK20SS是一種粒度小且分布窄的產(chǎn)品，通常適用于反相色譜分析的填充物上，不管是在單流動(dòng)相或在多種（2～3種）流動(dòng)相中做梯度沖洗，LK20SS和HP20SS的分離效果相當(dāng)。而且常鍵合于矽膠表面，用于制備工業(yè)方面。

Lk20ss is a kind of LK20 directly polymerized into small particle size with particle size distribution of 120-250 mesh. In terms of preparation and process planning, hp20ss, a wide pore polymerized matrix, has good kinetics and adsorption capacity for small biochemical molecules. Lk20ss performs well in equilibrium pressure and chromatographic separation during injection, and also provides SMB applications for a variety of small biochemical molecules.

Lk20ss is a kind of product with small particle size and narrow distribution, which is usually suitable for reversed-phase chromatographic analysis of fillers. Whether in single mobile phase or in a variety of (2-3) mobile phases for gradient washing, lk20ss and hp20ss have the same separation effect.
