合成方法編輯
1. 煙草：BU，14；FC，9；FC，OR，BU，18。
2.制法：
于裝有攪拌器、回流冷凝器、溫度計的反應瓶中，加入水130mL，濃硫酸160mL。攪拌下加熱至145～150℃。慢慢加入鄰氰基芐基氯（2）153g（1mol）反應中有氯化氫逸出。加完后于160℃反應2h。稍冷后倒入燒杯中，自然冷卻，析出固體。抽濾，用水充分浸泡以除去無機鹽，再抽濾、水洗，干燥，得苯酞（1）120g。用乙醇重結晶，得純品（1）83g，mp73～75℃，收率71%。 [2]
