合成方法編輯
賴氨酸雖然也可從蛋白質(zhì)原料（例如豬血粉）的水解液中提取，但現(xiàn)在使用的賴氨酸，主要是用發(fā)酵法生產(chǎn)的鹽酸賴氨酸，提取法和發(fā)酵法得到的都是L-賴氨酸。在發(fā)酵法中，有經(jīng)由二氨基庚二酸的二步法和以糖為原料的一步法，糖類發(fā)酵采用得較多。二氨基庚二酸法生產(chǎn)過程：利用埃希氏大腸桿菌（Escherichia Coli）生物合成L-賴氨酸，是用一種沒有二氨基庚二酸脫羧酶的功能，沒有賴氨酸就不能成長的大腸桿菌的變株，采用甘油、玉米浸漬液、磷酸銨等作為培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)，培養(yǎng)基中會積蓄大量的二氨基庚二酸，此時培養(yǎng)液要保持中性，這是提高效率的重要因素。然后采用具備對于二氨基庚二酸有脫羧功能，而對賴氨酸則不起脫羧作用的產(chǎn)氣桿菌（Aerobator aerogenes）或普通的大腸桿菌體，用甲苯將脫羧酶溶出后，這種酶和前述的二氨基庚二酸作用，幾乎可以定量地生成L-賴氨酸，再經(jīng)離子交換樹脂分離、精制而得成品L-賴氨酸鹽酸鹽。合成法中有以已內(nèi)酰胺為起始原料或以二氫呋喃為起始原料的方法，合成法得到的是外消旋體，必須進(jìn)行光學(xué)拆分。 [1]

1.賴氨酸是最重要的氨基酸之一，氨基酸工業(yè)目前已成為具有相當(dāng)規(guī)模和重要性的一個行業(yè)。賴氨酸主要用于食品、醫(yī)藥、飼料中。
2.用作飼料營養(yǎng)強(qiáng)化劑，是畜禽體營養(yǎng)必需成分。具有增強(qiáng)畜禽食欲，提高抗病能力，促進(jìn)外傷治愈，提高肉類質(zhì)量的功能，能增強(qiáng)胃液分泌，是合成腦神經(jīng)、生殖細(xì)胞、蛋白質(zhì)和血紅蛋白必需的物質(zhì)。
