常用的硼烷是甲硼烷(BH3 ) ,由于甲硼烷只有六個(gè)價(jià)電子, 極不穩(wěn)定,通常二聚形成乙硼烷(B2H6 ) ,所以,實(shí)際上乙硼烷是最簡(jiǎn)單的硼烷。乙硼烷由氫化鋁鋰和氟化硼在乙醚中反應(yīng)制備,也可由硼氫化鈉與硫酸等質(zhì)子酸或Lewis酸作用制得,硼烷在提供電子的溶劑如醚、硫醚、叔胺中可形成穩(wěn)定的絡(luò)合物。硼氫化反應(yīng)在室溫下即可進(jìn)行,操作簡(jiǎn)便,反應(yīng)速度快,大多可得到滿意的產(chǎn)率。烴基硼烷作為試劑或中間體,可以制備很多有價(jià)值的化合物,在有機(jī)化學(xué)中應(yīng)用廣泛,具有重要的理論和實(shí)際意義。 [1]
