崗位職責(zé)：

一、研究院簡(jiǎn)介 Introduction

浙江清華柔性電子技術(shù)研究院（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“柔電院”）是浙江省人民政府和清華大學(xué)共同打造的高能級(jí)新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，也是首批認(rèn)定的省級(jí)新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。柔電院于2017年11月在長(zhǎng)三角一體化核心腹地——浙江省嘉興市南湖區(qū)正式注冊(cè)成立，性質(zhì)為民非（民辦非企業(yè)）。作為清華大學(xué)柔性電子技術(shù)研究中心的校外實(shí)體，柔電院面向國(guó)家重大需求和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，集中精力開(kāi)展高水平研究，不斷產(chǎn)生標(biāo)志性成果并形成轉(zhuǎn)化能力，持續(xù)打造國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略科技力量，積極建設(shè)國(guó)內(nèi)一流工業(yè)技術(shù)研究院。

Institute of Flexible Electronic Technology of Tsinghua, Zhejiang (IFET) is a new scientific research institute jointly established by the people&39s government of Zhejiang and Tsinghua University, also approved as one of the first-batch provincial innovative research & development institutions. In November 2017, IFET was officially established as a non-profit organization in Nanhu District, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, located in center of the Yangtze River Delta area. As an off-campus entity of flexible electronic technology research center of Tsinghua university, IFET focuses on crucial requirements of the national and regional economic development, endeavoring to carry out high-level scientific research, continuously produce great achievements and cultivate industrial transations. Enabled by the national strategy oriented scientific and technological strength, IFET is striving forward to a first-class industrial technology research institute in China.

柔電院中試場(chǎng)地超20000平方米，公共實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)空間超3000平方米。四年來(lái)，柔電院深度聚焦柔性芯片與微系統(tǒng)、柔性可穿戴技術(shù)與醫(yī)療健康、智能感知與工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展工程化技術(shù)研究，已基本形成國(guó)際領(lǐng)先并能解決實(shí)際工程問(wèn)題的科研能力，累計(jì)牽頭申報(bào)國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng)，申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利500余件，年獲批科研經(jīng)費(fèi)近億元,持續(xù)以高水平的科技創(chuàng)新和工程化能力服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。

The site of pilot line covers over 20,000 square meters and the space of public experimental plat covers more than 3,000 square meters. In the past four years, IFET has been focusing on flexible chips and microsystems, flexible wearable technology and medical health, intelligent perception and industrial Internet of Things, etc., ing a world-leading capability of solving practical engineering issues. IFET has applied for more than 30 national scientific research projects, more than 500 invention patents, and received annual research funding of nearly 100 million RMB. IFET continuously serves regional economy and industrial development with high-level scientific and technological innovation and engineering capabilities.

三、人才建設(shè) Advanced Talents

柔電院以靈活的引才機(jī)制大力引進(jìn)高層次人才，現(xiàn)有全職員工220余人，科研人員中具有博士和碩士學(xué)位人員占比超80%。全職高端人才中，國(guó)家級(jí)領(lǐng)軍人才9人、浙江省領(lǐng)軍人才7人、嘉興市領(lǐng)軍人才10人。柔性引進(jìn)中外院士5人、國(guó)家級(jí)領(lǐng)軍人才10人。同時(shí)，柔電院建有國(guó)家級(jí)博士后科研工作站，每年吸引30余名國(guó)內(nèi)外一流大學(xué)博士生進(jìn)站工作。

IFET has introduced considerable advanced talents.Among more than 220 full-time employees, there are over 80% holding master&39s and doctor&39s degrees. Among the full-time top talents, there are 9 national talents, 7 provincial talents and 10 municipal talents. IFET also has introduced 5 domestic and overseas academicians and 10 national talents in a flexible way. At the same time, endowed with a national post-doctoral research workstation, IFET annually attracts more than 30 employees graduating from first-class universities to pursue their post-doctoral research work here.

2.相關(guān)待遇 Salary and Benefits

（1）薪酬待遇：A類PI薪酬待遇面議，B、C、D類PI年薪分別為90、70、50萬(wàn)元，除年薪以外還可享受研究院其他相關(guān)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)收入；

Salary: The salary of Class A is negotiable, and the annual salary of Class B, C and D is 900,000 RMB, 700,000 RMB and 500,000 RMB respectively. Besides the annual salary, you can also enjoy other related bonus from the institute.

（2）配套支持：聘期內(nèi)A類PI支持經(jīng)費(fèi)面議，B、C、D類PI分別可獲得專項(xiàng)支持經(jīng)費(fèi)600萬(wàn)、300萬(wàn)、150萬(wàn)元；

1.申請(qǐng)條件Application conditions

（1）遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺(jué)踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；

（5）在2022年4月30日前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；

(5) Before 30th April, 2022, the applicant should have a al teaching or research position in overseas universities, research institutions, enterprise research institutions, and have a continuous working experience of more than 36 months Those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have outstanding achievements may relax the restriction on the length of work appropriately

（6）取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/p>

（7）申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，或者2020年9月1日以后回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作或在海外無(wú)工作，全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作不少于3年。

(7) The applicant has not returned or come to China to work full-time, or has returned to China to work after 1st September, 2020. Upon receiving the grant, the applicant must resign from overseas employment or without employment overseas and return or come to China full-time to work for no less than 3 years.

2.相關(guān)待遇 Salary and Benefits

（1）年薪50-70萬(wàn)元，除年薪以外還可享受柔電院其他相關(guān)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)收入；

(1) Annual salary of 500 thousand to 700 thousand yuan, in addition,talents can also enjoy other relevant incentive income from the Institute

（2）科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)：100-500萬(wàn)元（含政府配套），資助期3年；

(2) Scientific research launch fund: 1 million to 5 million yuan (including government support) lasting for 3 years

（3）協(xié)助解決住房和子女入學(xué)等問(wèn)題；

(3) Help solve problems such as housing and schooling of children

（4）優(yōu)先推薦承擔(dān)重大科研項(xiàng)目。

五、政府支持 Government Support

（1）人才房票：35-100萬(wàn)元；

(1) Housing subsidy: 350,000-1million yuan

（2）生活補(bǔ)貼： 6萬(wàn)元；

（3）工資外津貼：1000元/月

①新入站的博士后研究人員
