利多卡因是一種局部麻醉藥,又稱賽羅卡因，近年來已經(jīng)取代普魯卡因，廣泛應(yīng)用于美容整形手術(shù)中進(jìn)行局部浸潤麻醉，它通過抑制神經(jīng)細(xì)胞膜的鈉離子通道起到阻斷神經(jīng)興奮與傳導(dǎo)作用。其脂溶性、蛋白結(jié)合率均高于普魯卡因，穿透細(xì)胞能力強(qiáng)，起效快，作用時間長，作用強(qiáng)度是普魯卡因的4倍。
臨床應(yīng)用于浸潤麻醉、硬膜外麻醉、表面麻醉（包括在胸腔鏡檢查或腹腔手術(shù)時作黏膜麻醉用）及神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)阻滯。為了延長麻醉的時間，減少利多卡因的中毒等副作用，可在麻醉藥中加入腎上腺素。
利多卡因也可用于治療急性心肌梗死后室性早搏、室性心動過速、于洋地黃類中毒、心臟外科手術(shù)及心導(dǎo)管引起的室性心律失常,包括室性早搏、室性心動過速及室顫。其次也用于癲癇持續(xù)狀態(tài)用其他抗驚厥藥無效者及局部或椎管內(nèi)麻醉。但對室上性心律失常通常無效。
用途：該品為酰胺類局部麻醉藥。廣泛應(yīng)用于表面麻醉、浸潤麻醉、傳導(dǎo)麻醉及硬膜外麻醉

Clinical application of infiltration anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, surface anesthesia (including in thoracoscopy or abdominal surgery for mucosal anesthesia) and nerve block. In order to prolong the time of anesthesia and reduce the side effects of Lidocaine poisoning, epinephrine can be added to the anesthetic.
