產(chǎn)品特性:
殺線蟲(chóng)劑棉隆熏蒸性硫代異硫氰酸甲酯類殺線蟲(chóng)劑，并兼治真菌、地下害蟲(chóng)和雜草；又名必速滅。常溫條件下貯存穩(wěn)定，遇濕則分解。對(duì)魚(yú)毒性中等，對(duì)蜜蜂無(wú)毒害。用途:制劑有98~100%微粒劑和75%可濕性粉劑。可用于苗床、溫室、育種室、盆載植物基質(zhì)和大田等土壤處理。在土壤中分解出有毒的異硫氰酸甲酯、甲醛和硫化氰等；這些分解物能有效地防治為害花生Chemicalbook、蔬菜、煙草、茶、果樹(shù)、林木等作物的多種線蟲(chóng)和土傳病害。每公頃用有效成分60~75千克，撒施或溝施可防治短體虱、矮化虱、紐帶屬、劍屬、根結(jié)屬、胞囊屬、莖屬、等紅蟲(chóng)。對(duì)土壤昆蟲(chóng)、真菌和雜草也有防治效果。藥劑施入土壤后，受土壤濕度、溫度和土壤結(jié)構(gòu)影響較大；為保證藥效，土壤溫度應(yīng)保持在6℃以上，土壤含水量保持在40%以上。棉隆對(duì)魚(yú)有毒，水田應(yīng)慎用。
化學(xué)性質(zhì)?：
純品為白色針狀結(jié)晶，無(wú)氣味，m.p.99.5℃（分解）（104～105℃）。蒸氣壓400×10-6Pa。易溶于丙酮、氯仿；稍溶于乙醇、苯；難溶于醚、四氯化碳；25℃時(shí)在水中溶解度為0.12%，溫水中溶解度稍有提高。水溶液中易分解，溫度在45℃以上分解加快，影響藥劑效果；遇強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿易分解。
用途：
1.廣譜性農(nóng)藥。具有熏蒸作用的殺線蟲(chóng)劑，在土壤中分解出異硫氰酸甲酯、甲醛和硫化氫，對(duì)根瘤線蟲(chóng)、莖線蟲(chóng)、異皮線蟲(chóng)有殺滅作用。此外還有殺蟲(chóng)、殺菌和除草作用，因此能兼治土壤真菌、地下害蟲(chóng)和藜屬雜草，如馬鈴薯絲核菌、土杠磷翅目昆蟲(chóng)Chemicalbook、叩頭蟲(chóng)、五月金龜甲的幼蟲(chóng)等。用98%微粒劑750～900g/100m2砂土、900～1050g/100m2黏土做土壤處理，撒施或溝施，可防治蔬菜、花生線蟲(chóng)病。用75%可濕性粉劑1125g/100m2，可防治馬鈴薯根線蟲(chóng)病。
2.土壤熏蒸劑，硫代異硫氰酸甲酯類殺線蟲(chóng)劑，并兼治真菌、地下害蟲(chóng)和雜草，又名必速滅。該品在土壤中分解生成甲胺基甲基二硫代氨基甲酸酯，并進(jìn)一步生成異硫氰酸甲酯。能有效地防治線蟲(chóng)和土壤真菌，如猝倒病菌、絲核病菌、鐮刀菌等，還能抑制許多雜草生長(zhǎng)。棉隆對(duì)棉花黃枯萎病有較好的防治效果。
