多潘立酮是苯咪唑類化合-物，具有較強(qiáng)的促胃運(yùn)動(dòng)和止吐作用，可以加強(qiáng)食管下部括約肌張力，防止胃-食管反流，增強(qiáng)胃蠕動(dòng)，促進(jìn)胃排空，協(xié)調(diào)胃與十二指腸運(yùn)動(dòng)，抑制惡心、嘔吐，并有效地防止膽汁反流，不影響胃液分泌。本品為外周多巴胺受體拮抗劑，直接阻斷胃腸的多巴胺受體而呈現(xiàn)促胃運(yùn)動(dòng)作用。能增強(qiáng)食道的蠕動(dòng)和食道下端括約肌的張力。由于它對血腦屏障的滲透力差，對腦內(nèi)多巴胺受體幾乎無拮抗作用，因此可排除精神和中樞神經(jīng)的副作用??。

Because of its poor permeability to the blood-brain barrier, it has little antagonistic effect on dopamine receptors in the brain, so it can exclude mental and central nervous side effects.
