納米氮化硅（Si3N4)通過(guò)氣溶膠燒蝕法制備，純度高，粒徑小，分布均勻，比表面積大，表面活性高，松裝密度低，紫外線反射率為95%以上和吸收紅外波段的吸收率在97%以上，器件的成瓷溫度低，尺寸穩(wěn)定性好，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，耐化學(xué)腐蝕性能好，特別是高溫度強(qiáng)度大，并有自潤(rùn)滑效果，其在復(fù)合材料中形成細(xì)微的彌散相，從而大大地提高了復(fù)合材料的綜合性能。其產(chǎn)品本身具有自潤(rùn)滑性能，可應(yīng)用于潤(rùn)滑油中。氮化硅硬度高，滑動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù)小的特點(diǎn)可以應(yīng)用于金屬表面陶瓷耐磨復(fù)合鍍，應(yīng)用到涂料中可以起到耐磨與耐溶劑特性，高純度氮化硅可以用在石英坩堝脫模劑用。

Nano silicon nitride (Si3N4) is prepared by aerosol ablation method, with high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, low bulk density, UV reflectivity of more than 95% and absorption rate of more than 97% in infrared band. The device has low ceramic temperature, good dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, good chemical corrosion resistance, especially high temperature strength It has self-lubricating effect and forms fine dispersion phase in the composite, which greatly improves the comprehensive properties of the composite. The product has self-lubricating property and can be used in lubricating oil. The characteristics of high hardness and small sliding friction coefficient of silicon nitride can be applied to ceramic wear-resistant composite plating on metal surface, wear-resistant and solvent resistant properties can be applied to coating, and high-purity silicon nitride can be used as demoulding agent for quartz crucible.
