用途
木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉(木鈉)是竹子制漿過程提取物,經(jīng)過濃縮改性反應(yīng)并噴霧干燥而成。產(chǎn)品為淺黃色(棕色)自由流動性粉末,易溶于水,化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,長期密封儲存不分解。木質(zhì)素系列產(chǎn)品是一種表面活性劑，可以通過改性、加工、復(fù)配等方法生產(chǎn)多個產(chǎn)品，主要用于樹脂、橡膠、染料、農(nóng)藥、陶瓷、水泥、瀝青、飼料、水處理、水煤漿、混凝土、耐火材料、油田鉆井、復(fù)合肥料、冶煉、鑄造、粘合劑。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)證明，木質(zhì)素磺酸鹽防止沙土化土壤十分有效，還可以做沙漠固定沙劑。主要性能有:

1、混凝土減水劑:系粉狀低引氣性緩凝減水劑，屬于陰離子表面活性物質(zhì)，對水泥有吸附及分散作用，能改善混凝土各種物理性能。減少用水13%以上，改善砼的和易性，并能大幅度降低水泥水化初期水化熱，可復(fù)配成早強(qiáng)劑、緩凝劑、防凍劑、泵送劑等，與萘系高效減水劑復(fù)配后制成的液體外加劑基本沒有沉淀產(chǎn)生。

2、水煤漿添加劑:在制備水煤漿過程中加入本產(chǎn)品，能提高高磨機(jī)產(chǎn)量、維持制漿系統(tǒng)狀況正常、降低制漿電耗，使水煤漿提高濃度，在氣化過程中，氧耗、煤耗下降，冷煤氣效率提高，并能使水煤漿降低粘度且達(dá)到一定的穩(wěn)定性和流動性。

3、耐火材料及陶瓷坯體增強(qiáng)劑:在大規(guī)格墻地磚及耐火磚制造過程中，可以使坯體原料微粒牢固粘結(jié)起來，可使干坯強(qiáng)度提高20%-60%以上。

4、染料工業(yè)和農(nóng)藥加工的填充劑和分散劑:在用作還原染料及分散染料的分散劑和填充劑時，可使染料色力增高，著色更均勻，縮短染料研磨的時間;在農(nóng)藥加工中可作為填充劑、分散劑和懸浮劑，大大提高可濕性粉劑的懸浮率和潤濕性能。

5、作為粉狀和顆粒狀物料的粘結(jié)劑:用于鐵礦粉、鉛鋅礦粉、粉煤、焦碳粉的壓球;鑄鐵、鑄鋼砂型的壓制;泥磚墻地磚等擠壓成型;礦料的成球方面可獲得強(qiáng)度高、穩(wěn)定性好、潤滑模具等良好效果。

6、在鉆井中用作稀釋分散劑、降粘劑;改進(jìn)原油輸送中的流動性，降低能耗。在石油產(chǎn)品中，作為潔凈劑、分散劑、高堿性添加劑、防銹劑、抗靜電劑、乳化降粘劑、消蠟防蠟劑等。

Experiments show that lignosulfonate is very effective in preventing sandy soil and can be used as sand fixative in desert. Main performance:


1. Concrete water reducer: it is a powder low air entrainment water reducer, which is an anionic surface active substance. It can adsorb and disperse cement and improve various physical properties of concrete. It can reduce water consumption by more than 13%, improve the harmony of concrete, and greatly reduce the initial hydration heat of cement hydration.
