不良反應(yīng)：　　
⑴常見中樞抑制作用，如嗜睡、頭暈、頭痛、口干、惡心、嘔吐及腹上區(qū)不適等。
⑵少見的不良反應(yīng)有氣急、胸悶、咳嗽、肌張力障礙等。有報(bào)道在給藥后可發(fā)生牙關(guān)緊閉并伴喉痙攣。
⑶老年人用藥后容易發(fā)生長時(shí)間的呆滯或頭暈等。

Uses: Diphenhydramine hydrochloride can eliminate various allergic symptoms, and its central inhibitory effect is significant. It still has sedative, anti-motion and anti-emetic effects. It also has anticholinergic effects and can relieve bronchial smooth muscle spasm. There is also a local anesthetic effect, which can be used locally to treat itchy skin. Adverse reactions:
(1) Common inhibitory effects on the central nervous system, such as drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, and discomfort in the abdominal region.
