　　六、用途：在食品工業中作營養補充劑、膠凝劑、代鹽劑、酵母食料;與食用鹽一樣可用于農產品、水產品、畜產品、發酵品、調味品、罐頭、方便食品的調味劑。也用于強化鉀(供人體電解質)配制運動員飲料等;可強化凝膠作用。

　　七、包裝：內襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套復合塑料編織袋包裝，每袋凈重25千克。

　　八、貯存與運輸：本品應貯存在干燥通風清潔的庫房中，裝載運輸時要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應與有毒物品隔離。
